The Firm handles all aspects of civil litigation.  Mr. Mead was a litigator for five years for a major insurance company, including no-fault insurance defense and bodily injury defense.  Thereafter, Mr. Mead litigated on behalf of plaintiff, medical providers in no-fault litigation, arbitration, supreme court actions/declaratory judgment actions, Civil R.I.C.O. defense and prosecution, as well as Criminal R.I.C.O. defense in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.  Mr. Mead has also handled a variety of personal injury actions, from auto accidents, premises liability, medical, dental, and legal malpractice, as well as employment discrimination, Article 78 proceedings against the Department of Finance, and Department of Motor Vehicles.
