Mr. Mead has successfully litigated both Civil and Criminal federal RICO actions in the EDNY, and SDNY, as well as Civil RICO actions in State Courts. Mr. Mead has litigated RICO cases at the trial level to verdict, and has both defended and prosecuted RICO actions for his clients. Mr. Mead’s RICO cases have involved issues concerning New York’s No-Fault Insurance law, construction law, and banking/finance/debt collection laws.
