People v. (Anonymous), Kings Supreme - Criminal Division, Client (Accountant) Charged in connection with Joint Task Force Investigation with New York Attorney General’s Office, Tax Offenses. Case Dismissed.
People v. (Anonymous), Queens Supreme-Criminal Division: Client charged with Felony Rape 3rd Degree with $20,000.00 bail, Writ of Habeas Corpus filed, following oral arguments bail reduced to $2,000, all criminal charges dismissed, case reduced to a violation of disorderly conduct.
People v. P.C., Nassau County, 2016 (Armed Bank Robbery, Client facing 15 years, successful pre-trial plea negotiations of 3 1/2 years.
People v. M.K., Nassau County, 2016 (Drug Possession case, Defendant charged with possessing over 2,000 marijuana cartridges) - C Felony reduced to A misdemeanor with probation, no jail time.
