Throughout his career, Mr. Mead has worked on both sides of insurance and no-fault litigation.  From working for a major insurance company for five (5) years defending bodily injury and no-fault cases, to representing medical providers in all aspects of litigation and arbitration, including supreme court declaratory judgment actions, Article 75 & 78 proceedings, to defending and prosecuting RICO actions in federal court.  

Recent Notable Cases: G.L. Ins. Co. v. (Anonymous) 2018, Supreme Court, Nassau County - Bench Trial on Insurance Company’s Declaratory Judgment action, following cross-examination of the insurance company’s Special Investigations Unit Mgr. and other evidence, finding in favor of the client, No-Fault Medical Provider, that the subject accident was not a fraudulent and staged loss as alleged by the insurance company.
